Details description：

Scraper printing System：scraper printing system is closed type,It is clean and convenient to use, easy to operate and maintenance and with beautiful appearance.


Scraper printing Method：using scraper scraping and print. Scraper frame is the stainless steel welded structure, filled with the expansion of the inflatable tube, which can realize fast loading and unloading of stainless blade factory


Register Adjustment：the main body is alloy steel castings that can realize three kinds of register to adjust.


Printing unit：using ac servo motor through the gear reducer, main transmission roller; rotary screen is controlled by independent servo motor drive bus line. While automatic register, rotary screen and the blanket and the synchronization between rotary screen is made up of computer monitoring and synchronous operation.

Prgment supply system：supply slurry by stainless steel electric pump . There are two kinds of control mode which are manual and automatic control. Automatic control is achieved by liquid level control system.


Servo system：Independent servo motor and drive, inverter, PLC use imported products.


Dredge slurry recycling structure：the slurry tank along on both sides of the blanket is equipped with stainless steel, prevent slurry drops down that will erode the wires, trachea, supporting roller and cylinder, and cause damage to the blanket. Slurry can be recycled at the same time, it is more clean and environmental protection. It can directly wash the machine by high pressure water torch.


Washing System：adopting with green environmental protection concept to design, being made up of three times of scraper washing, three times of scrubbing, four times of spraying. Through later scraping washing and scrubbing, and cleaning completely cleared. Not only can greatly save printing water consumption, but also reduce the emissions of printing slurry, that reduce the pollution to the environment.


Servo motor installation method：Rotary screen drive reducer is on the leakage place of the machine, that can be convenient for dismantling and cleaning.

Main drive System：and worm gear reducer is instead of main transmission box. The reducer adopts the most advanced secondary enveloping techniques, transmission is more accurate and reliable.


Dryer：adopting advanced design concepts, efficient hot air circulation system, upper and lower air flow can be set to adjust. Unique nozzle arrangement and unique nozzle system can make the air flow evenly on the whole fabric, the jet can produce unique air cushion effect, thus to ensure uniform fabric floating effect, so thatto make the fabric permanent of the relaxation effect in the drying process . It can maximize energy conservation. According to the demand of printing fabric by customers, it can be used in different chambers of drying components, and free combination.There are 3,5,7,9layer for option.
